2020 Scholarship Golf Tournament
On behalf of the Montgomery Branch of ASCE members, we would like to thank all of our sponsors, players, and volunteers who helped make the 2020 Branch Scholarship Golf Tournament an overwhelming success. The tournament was held on October 22, 2020 at the Lagoon Park Golf Course in Montgomery, AL. We had 15 teams, 11 Hole Sponsors, over 10 volunteers, pretty good weather, and a golf course in good condition. Thanks to all the help, we were able to raise over $3,000 dollars for the annual scholarship fund.
These scholarships will be provided by the Montgomery Branch to high school seniors in the River Region (Autauga, Elmore, Lowndes and Montgomery Counties) that are planning on enrolling in civil engineering. We would like to give a special thanks to our sponsors, who in large part were the reason for the success.
